I have been blogging for over a decade, in which my blog has transformed over the years. From a fashion blog to endometriosis awareness, business success and a number of topics in between my blog has always been a place for me to jot down my thoughts and for me to share what I am passionate about.

I'm a multi-award-winning business woman and a Forbes 30 Under 30 Lister!

I have an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and a BA (Hons) in Dance.

You may have also found me on IMDb where you will have spotted I have been in a few well-known TV shows. Performing is something I have done since I was 3 and so I dipped my toe into the TV world briefly for a while!

My passions are motorsport and gender rights. A funny mix I know! 

I rarely miss a BTCC or F1 race and am always shouting about gender equality, so much so that I was made a UN Delegate for the UK on the 67th and 68th Commission On The Status Of Women!
