Self-Isolation Fashion Looks!

We are stuck indoors switching between pyjamas and workout out gear right? Well it's time to change all of that and to get dressed up for a date with ourselves, a glass of gin and Netflix. If working on your dining room table is more your style, Femme Luxe Finery have sent me some awesome clothes for that too in this blog post!

This weekend why not treat yourself to a facemask, a glass of your favourite gin and a bit of a dress-up. Just because we can't head out to the club or meet our friends we can certainly bring the club to the living room! Wearing cute tops always makes me feel like i'm about to head out of the door and this Pink Newspaper Print Tie Front is the perfect match! I absolutely refuse to stay in my dressing gown the entire weekend!

Working from home is something that everyone is getting used to. There is no heading to meetings in your power suit, and there is no longer that work canteen favourite meal; you are on your own! Sometimes being stuck at home means that motivation can suffer, you can feel like you are in 'weekend mode' and not 'work mode' and not feel quite as focused. My top tip to get your work tasks completed is to dress like you are off to the most important meeting of your life! You will feel focused, confident about the tasks ahead and feel a sense of power that only a dress can give you! I'm a big fan of the Black Contrast Collar Button Up Dress as it look so smart but is made from such comfy material that you can sit around all day in it and you can hardly tell you are wearing a dress!

You are allowed out the house for some exercise at the moment - but what if we don't want to put on our gym clothes? Sometimes it's so nice to pop on our favourite jumpers and head for a stroll to see some nature! Grey at the moment works with every colour I find and this Grey Tie Bow Jumper is cute but warm; the perfect combo! The bow turns it from a normal jumper to a really pretty outfit meaning you don't need any accessories!

Finally, I am loving the 90's look for that Friday feeling. It's the last day of you sitting at your laptop at home trawling through your work emails and let's face it; your boss isn't going to shout at you for not wearing the regulation work outfits - your in your lounge! It's time to get out that Friday classic and go for a retro look! Denim dresses are making a come back and this Denim Belted Pocket Detail Dress is incredible! It is just so flattering and you can use the belt to pull it in to show off that waist and pop the collar up for some extra style!
